The Webjohns Service Agreement
By engaging with Webjohns, you are entering into a professional software development partnership with Syntix Studio.
- Intellectual Property: Upon final payment, all project-specific assets (UI/UX designs, custom code base, and content) become the property of the Client. Syntix Studio retains all rights to its proprietary, underlying modular frameworks and AI-native development toolsets used to build your solution.
- Project Scope: We operate on a clear Scope of Work (SOW). Any additions beyond the agreed-upon architecture will be treated as a change order and billed according to our engineering rates.
- Professional Conduct: As a studio committed to global standards, we provide transparent communication through our official channels (WhatsApp, WeChat, Email).
